For our headquarters in Berlin, we are currently seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner – Group Reporting & Consolidation (m/f/d) on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities
As our Senior Finance Business Partner – Group Reporting & Consolidation, you will play a central role in building and professionalizing our group-wide financial reporting and consolidation framework.
Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with local finance teams across all 11 European countries, you will be the key driver for reliable, timely, and insightful financial data at group level.
Your responsibilities in detail
Group Reporting & Consolidation
• Preparation and continuous development of monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidated financial statements in accordance with HGB
• Mapping and reconciliation of different local accounting frameworks (e.g., IFRS, Austrian UGB, Swiss OR, Italian OIC) into the group standard HGB
• Intercompany reconciliation and elimination of intercompany transactions
• Ownership and further development of the consolidation tool and group reporting system
Financial Planning & Analysis
• Leading and coordinating the group-level budget and forecast processes
• Performing variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. prior year) and preparing meaningful management commentary
• Delivering high-quality management reports for the CFO, senior leadership, and shareholders
Process & System Development
• Standardizing and optimizing reporting processes across all group entities and countries
• Driving the development of a uniform group-wide chart of accounts and reporting structures
• Ensuring data quality and timely submissions from local finance teams in all 11 operating countries
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Acting as a trusted sparring partner and business partner to country finance leads on accounting and reporting topics
• Supporting external audit processes and preparing audit-ready documentation
• Collaborating with Group CFO, local controllers, and external auditors on all relevant finance matters
Your profile
• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; additional qualification (e.g., Bilanzbuchhalter IHK, CPA, ACCA) is a plus
• 5+ years of relevant experience in controlling, group consolidation, or audit;
• Proven hands-on experience with HGB consolidation and solid familiarity with at least one other GAAP (IFRS or local European GAAPs)
• Experience working in an international, multi-entity environment
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across cultures and teams
• Fluent English is mandatory; German language skills are a nice to have
